Whether it's after a successful summit climb in summer, at the end of a fantastic day of skiing in winter, or just to really relax: we can only "warmly" recommend a visit to our newly designed wellness area!

On almost 300 m² the following wellness highlights await you:

Finnish sauna

The best known sauna is probably the Finnish sauna with a temperature of about 90 ° C.

This form of sauna is ideal for all those who want to sweat properly. The high temperature with low humidity gets the body on tours and stimulated.

Aroma steam bath

A visit to our steam bath is a real treat for body and soul.

At a temperature of only 40° C - 55° C, but with a humidity of between 80 - 100 percent, you will work up a good sweat. However, this is easy on the circulation and has a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract.

Bio softsauna

The soft sauna is the gentle version of the Finnish sauna.

At a temperature of a pleasant 45° C and a humidity of approx. 55%, you can not only relax wonderfully, but also make a positive contribution to strengthening the immune system. In addition, the relaxation of the muscles is supported.

Infrared cabin with light therapy

Infrared deep heat by light acts like the sun on the human body by absorbing light.

Depending on the wavelength, the light penetrates 2 to 5 cm deep into the human tissue. The low temperature technique warms the body from the inside out. The immune system is stimulated and the use of deep heat leads to the improvement of the body's defenses and self-healing processes.

Let yourself be pampered and feel "like new born". Our massage offer ranges from the classic partial massage to special massages, such as aroma oil massages and much more. Our masseuse Monika comes to our hotel by appointment.
