"Panorama Hike" on the Reiteralm

Arrival: via the B320 towards Schladming, Exit at Pichl, and via the Reiteralm toll road (fee for use) to the "Reiteralmhütte"

You hike from the car park uphill along marked path No. 772 to the Gasselhöhe 2001, with magnificent views of the Dachstein and Radstädter Tauern. The high trail, which undulates gently up- and downhill, leads us to the summit of the Rippetegg. The loop trail is particularly attractive, since it takes us steeply downhill ( trail marked No. 66) to beautifully situated Gasselseen lakes (Ober- and Mittersee ). In so-called "Mirror Lake" (the Mittersee), we see the reflection of the Dachstein (a definite postcard photo motif!).
Pleasant refreshment opportunities with splendid views of the Dachstein massif at the Gasselhöhhütte as well as the Reiteralmhütte.
